I qualified as WP early Feb and they sent me a Gold pack, go figure. Wait or phone...

Has happened before. Especially when you quickly move from Silver to Gold then Platinum.

If you hit gold then plat quickly, or your gold membership year just finished I would wait. If not, I would call.

Online shows Platinum and my year finishes Feb 28. I re-qualified as Gold a while ago so I guess it was an automated thing, I'll give it a while longer.

Yep, I think that's the automated kit being delivered and your Plat should turn up soon.

If you have overseas travel, give them a call, but I expect you will have your Plat pack soon.
