Malaysian Airlines Enrich Program

Hi all
Just Join Enrich and travelling from london to KUL business class next month.
Please can anyone tell me
1)how to claim my miles point to enrich acc
2)how to find out the class of my ticket
3)any tip and tricks, 1st time flaying MAS business class

Have you got you Enrich card yet? if so take it with you and present at check-in. or just ring them up and ask them to attach the no. to your booking.

my business ticket says "I" as it's an upgrade to business. If you have paid Full business it will have a different letter. "J" i think. can always tell by the baggage allowance too.

i have never had a problem with them. they have always been fine for me, and i have flown more business than Economy with them
i've always said the difference between MH Economy and Business is that the wine is cold in Business. it's always warm in economy.

Is it still 25000 enrich miles to have a return upgrade for SYD-KUL-SYD from Y to J? Is availability easy to achieve?

I have an infant which is just under 2 years old, can my daughter be a lap child ?

Found out its 50000 for a return upgrade. Probably better use for a full award.
