Glad to know it's a quick turn around from email to earn. However I appreciate the inconvenience and have again passed on the examples to the relevant team for their reference.

Hi Red Roo, Any update or resolution on this issue?

Cheers!

Cheers!

I share your interest in having this resolved - it certainly would be a win-win.

While there are no updates at this time, please be assured that our Frequent Flyer team are always available at [email protected] or 131131 to support you in the interim.

... and presumably QFF are also reviewing their processes - or maybe those of newly joining OW members - ahead of QR, UL and JJ (correct code for TAM?) joining in the next 12-18 months, both for us and the QFFC Staff's sanity!

BD

LOL, maybe I should, the computer obviously took LGK for Langkawi and thought LGKM was the closest match. I had originally read the statement online as saying I had been to Armageddon!

Recently flew to Langkawi (LGK) from KUL, and can confirm whilst the Z class issues with points posting to QFF seems to be fixed.
However the destination name is still mapped wrong " KUALA LUMPUR/AMIGDHALEON AB"

Red Roo, are you able to raise this issue with your QFF team? basically when flying to/from LGK (Langkawi) on MH, it posts as an airport in greece AMIGDHALEON AB not a huge issue, but looks like it has been happening for a long time.

Cheers!

Well if they're giving you the SC and points for KUL-LGKM I wouldn't be complaining ;)

I am still having issues with Z class.

Another booking in a few weeks so see how that one goes.

That is strange I've now has 2x Z class flights in 2 weeks and both posted on the Monday following each of the flights.

Report back in few weeks to let us know if it worked or not

My Z class flights PER-KUL-KTM on MH 2 weeks ago just credited to my QF account as discount economy...Really? *sigh*

Have contacted QFF via email to resolve. Will see what eventuates.

I have had D class I think it was come up as 'Discount Economy' but still credit at Business SC & the 0.75 mileage. Not just MH either, I have had lots of weird but similar things before with CX, LA & RJ but it always gets sorted out

May have changed, but when my Z class posted earlier this year, they described as "Discount Economy" but posted J SCs and points (for what the points were worth.

The PER-KUL flight credited with discount economy miles and Z class SC's. And the KUL-KTM flight credited with Z class miles, and discount economy SC's...

I did initially think what happened to you had happened to me as well, but not quite. It'll get sorted out, just annoying having to chase it down. That second flight is my Platinum requal flight.

I've had another KUL-PER Business flight credit as discount economy. The worse thing is the flight wasn't supposed to even credit to QF. While my QF number was entered into the booking at the time of reservation, my AA number was put in at check-in and it was printed on my boarding pass. That's the second time in six months that the very same error has occurred. It takes time for AA to eventually credit it, too, as they first say 'no, already credited elsewhere' then you have to prove to them that it's been 'uncredited'.

Very frustrating.

Very frustrating.

I called the FF service centre a short time ago to have the flight uncredited and to find out what I needed to do to have another flight credited that had been denied due to 'claimed on another program'. Just like what happened with the KUL-PER flight, the other MH flight credited to AA when the check-in agent in Perth went to great lengths to ensure the multi-leg PER-xKUL-KCH was credited to AA for the first sector and QF for the second. As I mentioned this is the second time that this has happened in six months. The QF agent told me what I needed to do to 'prove' that the KUL-KCH had been uncredited then proceeded to tell me that this is the second time QF has done this "for you" and "we won't be doing it again".

Wow. I was flabbergasted. I'm being penalised because of a failure in the relationship or integration between the airlines' systems. I told the agent I was offended that the tone was QF was doing me a favour, pointing out that clearly there was problems between the systems as the PER-KUL J flight credited with 100 status credits but said "discount economy".

very unhappy.

I share your concerns and request that you send me a private message with details so I can follow this up.

Forgot to mention that this got resolved pretty quickly once I sent QFF an email. Fixed and credited within 3 days. While I suppose these things happen from time to time, at least it's good to know that they're on top of it once you explain.

How long does it usually take for points and SC to post to QFF? Took out first MH flights (KUL-BKI) in whY 5 days ago (they are in eligible fare classes as per QF earnings table). My past experience with other OW and EK flights were that they usually posted within 2-3 days.
