Looks like I got the missing points/status for by JQ flight in early november. Initial contact was a rejection, went back to them to point out the confirmation listed my QFF number. No response. Then missing points claim with Qantas, and then Airline Advocate complaint. The requested resolution was the points/status or refund the Max Bundle fee.
That then got an email from Jetstar to say they were investigating my complaint, I assume thank you airline advocate. About 5 days ago I got an email with a $100 Jetstar voucher. Points in my account yesterday...Chrissy present.
Not sure if that was due to the complaint or Qantas missing points claim
Oh and jetstar have asked for feedback... lol

I had this happen to me back in mid-Nov, annoyingly.
One way SYD-BNE-NRT, both SYD-BNE and BNE-NRT legs on JQ with Max fares.
QFF number confirmed recorded on the Flight Itinerary email.
Also had QFFP noted on both physical boarding passes upon collection.
Waited about 12 days after the flights but no pts+SCs hit my account. Lodged a missing points claim with QF on the 12th day, got the pts and SCs about five days later (which was a Sat funnily enough).

Glad they did come through in the end though - those SCs were what I needed to push from PS to SG.
 
Ive had to lodge a couple of JQ Max claims this year and usually its processed fair quickly. The one time it wasn't i ended up with an extra 130 SC. (Most of which arrived 5months after my initial claim automatically then disappeared as my anniversary passed). Nice bonus to the LT goals I guess.

(Agent manually processed the claim - got it wrong and gave me more, then an automated process came much much later).
