Medibank is currently holding a promo where if you take out insurance for a pet you can earn 15,000 velocity points.

The FAQ's state that if you take out 2 policies that this creates two policies, one for each of your pets. Provided you meet the eligibility criteria, you can earn Points on both policies.

Does anyone know if you can insurance say 3 cats and get 45,000 points or

1x 15,000 Points for Medibank Pet Protect Pet Insurance
1x 15,000 Points for Medibank Pet Plus Pet Insurance
1x 15,000 Points for Medibank Pet Max Pet Insurance

or is it 15,000 points in total regardless how many you take out?

OR do they stack and get get 15,000 points regardless of how many you get, 10 policies = 150,000 points?

Not sure if anyone was doing this promotion but so far I have only received 1x 15,000 velocity points but took out 2 seperate policies. Has anyone received 30,000 points for this?

Same here. I took out three policies and only got 1x15000 points. I rang medibank today and was assured this will be credited soon to my account. I am giving them till end of the week to credit me.

If a member shopped a participating brand of the ‘5x Brand Bonus Points’ scheme, and did not make an eligible repeat purchase by 9 December 2023, the member will earn bonus 5 points per $1 spent on the original purchase, as if an eligible repeat purchase had been made. Points will be awarded by 31 December 2023.

No, I rang them again on Monday and was told to wait for 10 business days from when I called. I have no hope in this point again tbh
