Wow, fun at the Hilton. Last night on check-in, I was advised that today was the changeover from Inter-touch as the provider of internet access, to a new wireless service (don't remember who they said was the new provider). So to cut a long story short (most of which I don't know how to say anyway), the new ststem is finally up and running - after I had visited the Front Desk to try and get some answers and they got Andy, the head of IT, who looked at my booking and he went "aaah, that's the problem" [the fact that I had two booking merged into one and they hadn't entered something]. So he came up to my room to check everything out and voila, it started to work.

vitagen, busy day tomorrow - Have Hertz car for pick up at 9am, appt at 9.30am in Leederville, then another at 11.30am in Booragoon, then 2pm in West Perth. Final one isn't until 7pm (dinner with clients), so I am likely to be available after the West Perth one (probably between 3.30 and 5pm, as I'll be dropping the car back to Hertz).
