mrsmart, you must mean SIN TPR?I'll be in TPR this coming Monday (Feb 1) and can guest someone into the F lounge between about 06:00-10:00.
Am departing MEL 01:05 on Wed 3rd - so will be in MEL SKL F from ~22:00 on 02/02 and am happy to guest 1 or 2 if you are holding same day *A BP.
Will be in TPR in SIN from ~06:00 Feb 3 if anybody would like to access SIN SKF F - can guest 1 and again you will need to be holding same day *A BP for access.

I wish I was flying just so I could share in this love you are both exuding. Alas stuck in humid Sydney. ;(
I wish you were flying to prozac so we could sit and chat and enjoy a drink or 3 together.I wish I was flying just so I could share in this love you are both exuding.(
Indeed, SIN TPR.
If it makes you feel any better, it's bitterly cold and wet in PVG and even HKG at the moment. I'm almost craving just a little bit of SIN humidity (am I nuts?)
So you were handed your TPR Invitation at check in PVG?TPR right now. Fresh out of Suites, showered and refreshed and currently intaking coffee, fresh juice and eggs benedict. Very happy.

Still not happening MEL - but I did receive it at lounge entry.
In TPR now.
Don't you just love the tough decisions?
Should I shower before or AFTER my dinner?
Decisions decisions....

On the coffee, however, I really wish they'd take it more seriously. It seems like such an afterthought. It's the one thing that makes coming home from a trip okay – the thought of tomorrow morning's flat white near work.
That's not entirely true! I have had some of the best coffee in Japan, Bangkok and Singapore – you just have to know where to look. But you're right in that it's not something that these markets prioritise en-masse – specialty coffee is still very niche in parts of Asia (but not all). It's changing though!Speaking as an Asian background myself, I doubt many Asians know what good coffee actually means. Most of my friends living in Asia would say Starbucks is like the best coffee ever and all you should have are their americanos. They look at you weird if you order an espresso.

I will remember that, thank you!I'm willing to pay for that inside information. And in my opinion, the best coffee at Changi is Costas - flat white with an extra shot.
Nearest I've found to a proper barista-made coffee in the last 3 weeks of travel.
