We’re desperate to get out but the lack of baby sitters is a problem.
Is that crèche a few doors back up towards St Kilda Rd still closed? We’re desperate to get out but the lack of baby sitters is a problem.
@Cruiser Elite I get your point. I am somewhere in between. I am a Victorian (well for most of my life) but I also have a residence in another state and when this cough blew up I escaped back to the DPRSA. I have not been able to get back to MEL since Mar. I truly have empathy for those in MEL at the moment who have been locked up. On a selfish note also have concerns of what my MEL residence looks like given no one has been there for a while. No no no - no wanky bronze silver gold aluminium or whatever - only 2 categories - check if you can guess which category will be welcomed:
1. Victorians who are desperate to get out after our lockdown but who are of sufficient intelligence and understanding to appreciate our situation is what it is and who support our current regime‘s actions in bringing our predicament under control and then will wait until the next State Election when we can all express our views in the most meaningful way
2. Non Victorian self anointed experts who are probably better off keeping their beaks out of Victorian business
Please let me know if above isn’t clear enough.
Me too ... can only get as far as Ripponlea ...Unfortunately the 25km limit until the weekend after rules me out. *dang*
Tempted but Brisbane might be just outside the limit
This is similar reason why I cannot attend, sure I can get back to MEL and my MEL residence is a stone throw away from the OT, well a 15-20 minute walk with a bottle shop on the way. After the dinner is over returning to the DPRSA will be the problem. You'd be allowed in as long as your hotel was within 25km. Getting back into QLD is the issue
