Can anyone suggest which are the best sections of the flight to be seated when flying from MEL to LAX in Economy. Currently have the middle three seats ( 3-3-3 ) config in row 41. Any inputs or tips are appreciated as we are travelling with a toddler , want to keep him engaged without disturbing others.

21ABC, 20HJK which is Economy X is most certainly worth it. The other rows behind have armrests that are able to be moved. Extra cost but the legroom and bulkhead area will make it easier, its also just a small cabin before the main economy cabins.

I dunno - if I had a toddler with me I'd prefer moveable armrests as he's inevitably going to want to fall asleep half on top of you, and if you can lift the armrest, at least he won't be in your lap. JMHO.

I'm currently looking to book either 21ABC or 20HJK. Does one row have more leg room than the other? It appears from the seat map that row 20 has less. Which row would you suggest? My wife and I will be travelling with a toddler and infant and value the extra room.
