I've asked for the function room (for 12) but might be pushing our luck at this late stage

By the way, I'm not going to the AFF event on the 19th either so you can't blame me for that one

I haven't been able to access AFF as much as I normally would with commitments while in China - has a venue been secured? Do I need to bring my own brown paper bag (just thinking I can probably pick one up cheaper in China)

Yep.. It'll be this or something pretty similar.. It's been pretty much the same every time I've been there..
Their pasta is yum-plus
But it's the wines that are interesting.. They have Krug if you are feeling generous

Of course not tuapekastar! We have the "function room" which is booked for 10.. accommodates 12 and as our friendly host suggested could stretch to 14 but it would be "tight".. considering we are AFFers... pretty sure we have all experienced that before!!
