Considering the basket case that has been Airport Rail (or extra runways, tunnels, pretty much anything being made in Vic), my crystal ball tells me that HSR would just be a disaster in the making. I see the Allan government has built new platforms for these new trains but didn’t build them long enough. Contractors are making a killing from all these screwups.
