So on Saturday I was traveling BNE-MEL and in the Qantas mag I found this note

How do you know a lady wrote it?

Unique note though, I like it :)

Was the message specifically for you or left behind from an earlier flight.

I wish ladies would leave me a message once in a blue moon. It is lucky I am patient and have all my life to wait. ;)

You should have kept it and then you you could have slipped it into the magazine on your next flight, could have started a QF chain letter, who knows where it could have ended up,perhaps the other side of the world.could even have included other airlines, would be an incredible way of demonstrating the impact air travel has on our lives.
Cheers

Too neat to be a mans writing.

Actually tuppaware, I think this is a bloke, I'm no handwriting expert but I think the style, coupled with the comment about the stewardesses suggests a male influence.
I'd way rather find this in my seat pocket than an empty nibbles packet and some chewed fingernails ( actually happened to me SYD-PER in J  )

OK we are now looking for a person (possibly a lady) who doesn't dot the i's.
Travels in J and pays $$ for it.
Can anyone work further on the clues in the note?

Not necessarily, the writer does say "In economy we got a muffin" so maybe travelling in J was unusual ?

As it is BNE-MEL it is more than likely a 737 and sounds like the person was sitting in 4F in economy.

tuppaware's flight was BNE-MEL but the note was written enroute SYD-ADL but yes the aircraft may well have been a 737 as it was operating BNE-MEL

Here's my analysis. It would be nice to see how correct I am.

Age of person - at least 34, perhaps a bit higher.
Sex - Female.
Education level - University, No idea what.
Australian resident.

Nice note. What a great idea to start a trail of notes!

We could start an AFF version,a member leaves a note inside an inflight magazine and posts the details here, the member who finds it posts that here too but doesn't post the details of the flight they found it one, only that they have continued the chain, perhaps there could be a space for a member to sign their name to indicate that they have read it,would be a great way to get people to read inflight magazines!and it wouldn't have to be restricted to domestic flights either.
Cheers

SYD-ADL almost certainly a 737.

One minor thing about passing a note. What happens at the end of the month? More than likely gets thrown out with the old magazine.
