Does this mean I have to fly JQ

I could fly DJ with a horrible connection via SYD in an E90 (waste of an upgrade there)......

Or BNE is a live option.......

What are others considering??

I would hire a car personally.
Fairly good roads from BNE to the Hilton Surfers good car park underground at the hotel and drive to the airport next day

I'm landing in BNE about 1.35pm on Saturday and flying out at 3.35pm on Sunday afternoon. Am happy to share a car there and back.

I don't drink so I should probably drive back at least. PM me if you want to share a car.


Two more of my QF vouchers used and of course I am flying CBR-SYD-BNE (and reverse) to maximise SCs and QFF points.

Are you able to organise meal option for a GF Vegetarian?

If so, count me in as a Platinum...I probably won't stay the night (not much point given I live 15 mins away), but will def partake in all of the other festivities.

I interpreted the 'v' to indicate a vegetarian dish. (not so sure on the GF though!)

GF bread is available at breakfast, so I'm sure that is no problem for them (perhaps forward notice may be wise).

We also live about 20min away, but have so far had 3 stays and 5 nights at Surfers Hilton. We love it....a mini break in Australias tourist capital, which we rarely get to see even though we live here!! Give it a try Travel Guru!
