Can't say I've used Mileblaster, however I'm more partial to Award Wallet.
It should be noted that Award Wallet has lost their ongoing war with AA, so if you're an AAdvantage flyer then this isn't the app for you. Otherwise, covers pretty much every loyalty program across travel and non-travel that you can poke a stick at.
