Oh he'll get over it haha. He likes Honda too.
I've never liked the look of Volvos but I gotta say his current car, a Volvo XC60 looks pretty good. Much nicer than the Honda CRV he had before. Though if i were to get an SUV it'd be the Audi Q5.

Those pics were taken right after it was driven back from the dealership. Driving through Melbourne CBD during peak hour - a baptism of fire. We then took public transport to dinner and my birthday piss up. Half tank and approx 300km on the odo now (i can almost hear the poor thing cry from depreciating each time i look at the odo). On Saturday we drove to Essendon DFO for the Industrie sale. We then took it to Seymour and Yea and back yesterday. Just to drive somewhere. Passed the Kinglake area - the vegetation is back but it still looks depressing.
