I'm more than happy with the Rydges. Last stayed there at the end of August after the late night EK arrival from DXB. Was upgraded to a suite despite having no status with them and only being there for 10 hours before heading to domestic transfer!

Eyeshades/toothbrush/socks are usually free for every pax in Y aren't they?

I guess so, but on this flight they were not handed out by default.
