NAB Qantas Signature Rewards Card - QF points not crediting

Update - points credited 2 days after second statement.

Be aware that they may make your first statement month shortened - eg 2 weeks instead of a full 30 days.

So it could take up to two months to get the points credited, even if you achieve it in first 30 days. Just something to be aware of if you are in a rush
In December Mrs Rich got the NAB Qantas Rewards Premium and the first statement was only 2 weeks in (actually only 9 days after activating and using for the first time). The 70000 points also posted at that point.

Resurrecting for current data point: I signed up for NAB's current Qantas Signature offer in late November. I've received two statements since (one just 2 weeks after activating the card, the second this week) and today realised the points from those two statements never did come into my QF account, but are listed correctly on the statement. I've also just crossed the spend threshold for the first tranche of 90K bonus points.

I received an e-mail last month reminding me of the 90K offer if I hit the minimum spend and I see both my name and QF number are correctly listed on that reminder, but from a quick search here and elsewhere, it seems that this doesn't necessarily mean the accounts are properly linked and that this is an ongoing issue.

It seems that may still be the case, so I'll call NAB tomorrow and report back.

Actually had a communication from NAB to say I met the bonus points, but should call them as there was an issue with my number. After I phoned up, it was super easy to add in, and points came through at the end of the current statement period.

Thanks, just rang in. It was indeed missing but I got straight through and the agent was able to add it easily. She did ask if I'd been notified the number was missing and I said no and actually cited the e-mail from them mentioned above that suggested the number was linked when it wasn't. She apologised for me having to chase it up proactively and said they'd add another 5,000 points as a courtesy. Nice gesture, especially when I wasn't making a fuss about the issue. Backdated points and bonus (and now additional bonus) should come through on next statement date.

Should be all set, but my advice to others would be to go ahead and give NAB a ring as soon as you activate the card to ensure the number is properly linked to avoid any delays, as this does seem to still be an issue.

I know this thread is regarding QFF points, but it should also be somewhat relevant for rewards points.

I've met my minimum spend of $1k within 60 days for the bonus 120k NAB rewards points (NAB Rewards Platinum with Velocity) but they haven't yet credited.

My statement period ends around the 26th/27th, but I've opted in for automatic weekly redemptions to VFF points.

Should I be calling up to see if they are able to "trigger" the 120k bonus NAB rewards points, or are the bonus points only awarded when statements are issued?

Usually I'd wait for the statement to come but considering I've got automatic weekly redemptions to VFF points, I would also expect any bonus points to be issued weekly too.

For QFF, all points transfers (be it daily points earned or bonus points earned) only go through on or 1-2 days after the statement date, so might be best to wait another week to see if the bonus comes through on the formal statement date.

Also, while in my experience the bonus points usually do through at the end of the statement period during which the threshold was met, it is possible they'll take a bit longer. But if they don't show up at your next formal statement, wouldn't hurt your peace of mind to give them a ring.
