NAB Velocity Rewards - 60,000 VFF points for $150

Had to laugh - the acceptance letter arrived asking me (as the supplementary card holder) to visit my nearest branch to show ID (since we don't bank with NAB) - yes it was the correct suburb...... but the wrong state. We've now paid the rates in advance to log the $1500 spend.
 
Still haven't got my points yet and my annual fee still hasn't been charged (well actually it's my wife's).. When did everyone else's get charged? I'm worried they've stuffed something up. This card is under my wife's name as I have a velocity platinum card in my name. Which is attached to the choice package on our home loan. I therefore don't pay an annual fee. Worried that they've stuffed up and her annual fee hasn't been charged as well because of the choice package and we won't get the points?... Even though they are 2 separate cards and I can't even see hers on our account, she cant see mine, but she does have a secondary card to mine. She did not have a NAB credit card in her name before this and NAB said she was entitled to the bonus points when we signed her up. She got the card early feb and we hit the spend on day 1 of activation, haven't used it since. The points for that purchase were correctly applied on the first statement so it's obviously an acceptable transaction. I guess they do say up to 4 months?
 
I've had a great run out of NAB on this one, applied on the 6th of April with instant approval, received the card on the 12th made the minimum spend on the 12th and threw the card in the draw thinking I would have to wait a few months to get bonus points going on what others have said here, but when I ran AwardWallet this morning I noticed that NAB have already posted the bonus points. The whole process took less then a month for me...very happy

Well done. I applied 7 Feb, met minimum spend on 22 Feb and are still waiting for bonus points.

Yes they are, double checked it on the virgin app and received the 60k and 2304 for the spend

Mrs.Radio applied a few days before me and done her spend fairly quickly also and the same result for her, also getting her bonus points already

My May points have arrived, but no bonus still. I reached my min spend in Feb.

Has anyone received bonus points this month? Might be time for a call

Im in the same boat. Met min spend in Feb and no bonus points. Some here who met min spend in April have received their bonus points. I called NAB 2 or 3 weeks ago and was told that all was in order, just wait longer.

If you call and they tell you otherwise, can you pls post.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I want the points so I can cancel the card

If you reached your min in February like I did, you will have to wait until June to talk to them. My wife called them yesterday about our points and they basically said they can't look into it until after 4 months has passed from when you hit the spend. Then they will escalate it to investigate what has gone wrong. Pretty damn frustrating. Nab is the only points deal I've had issues with or had to wait so long for.

Im not complaining as It's a good deal. But you get concerned that there is a problem when others get their points much much quicker. So far those of us who have posted recently, all met min spen in Feb. Others in march/April have received points.
 
Got my card 6 weeks ago and minimum spend the same day. 60K bonus points landed yesterday.
