NAB Velocity Rewards Premium- how long to get points?

Received card 19th Jan, purchased 2 return fares BNE-CDG-BNE via SIA the following week so well over the $1500 spend by the end of JAN. I have followed up with NAB twice since then about the Velocity Points; initially I was told it would appear within 1-2 billing cycles and after following up in April I was told 4 months as stated in the ToC. I'm going to give them a call later this week and hopefully they can actually action it instead of providing me false estimations

Has anyone had any recent luck with this?

I got the 60k and cancelled in May, reapplied in July and received 75k last week. Go for it!

i know off topic but can i BPAY money into a velocity global wallet account from the NAB credit card and still be included in the current $2,500 spend within 3 months to get 80,000 NAB points?

Slightly different card but i got a NAB Signature rewards card last week and from the time i received the card in the mail, made the spend, and had the 100,000 bonus points credited to my rewards account was 9 days. That included the Easter long weekend. NAB are up there with Amex and the fastest in crediting bonus points.
