Yeah all in a day. It worked when I did it at woolies but will go back today to try again!

Does anyone recall when this Local Champion promo is ending? I thought I had read somewhere that it was March, or ? April, but can't find the reference again.
I have been enjoying the extra points at my local Woolies and Coles, would be great if they kept it running longer.

I believe it finishes on the 31st March.

Is that 1 transaction, or 10,000 for the month?

From the T&Cs

There is a maximum limit of 10,000 MR points which can be awarded to any participant.

Once you reach this limit, you will stop receiving bonus points even if you spend as LC

Hi all

Have just updated my Amex iPhone App and the local champion tab is no longer there.

Anyone else having this experience? I thought the promotion was ongoing till the 31st March.

Wonder if the bonus points will still continue to be awarded from local champion merchants (although there is no way to verify if we are the local champion now)

I haven't updated the app, but Local Champion is still showing in mine.

Mine is latest version and has all the Local Champion features. Still earning points too, but you can just go online to check it.

If I knew Local Champion would work after 31 March I wouldn't have rushed to complete the 10000 bonus points in March. Oh well they're gift cards anyway I'm sure I'll use them someday.

I was away just before the end of March, so missed the opportunity to max out the gift cards, so I'm glad (and lucky) that this has been continued.

Noticed yesterday that the T&Cs for the Local Champion have now been updated, and there is no longer an end date on the promotion. States that they will provide active users with 30 days notice of when the promo will end. Unfortunately maximum points are still capped at 10000 points.
