If your progress for a particular store is currently "1 transaction to go" does that mean you will be Local Champion/awarded bonus points on the next transaction OR the one after that?

In my experience, having gained and lost LC status many times, it is on the next transaction (not the one after) that you become LC and earn the extra points.

Didn't even realise I was local champion at my Woolworths but it paid off for me when I had to buy $1k of wish cards.

This had been working well for me but about a month ago the app stopped updating and would no longer allow me to add or remove stores. There was no error message but every time I removed a store I would go back in to check my registered stores and it would still be there. I have unregistered for Local Champion now and will leave it a few days before trying to register again. I will report back if that works, in case anyone else ends up in the same situation.

Yes, the list updates with new merchants that I've been to, but I cannot add/remove them, getting a message along the lines of cannot add/remove at this time. As I use the app on the ipad (no i phone), I initially thought that was the problem.

Local Champion is playing up for me - I was local champion at my local IGA up until a couple of months ago when the IGA closed and reopened a few weeks later as Woolworths. I stayed local champion at IGA but have not been able to add WW to my list. IGA has recently dropped off but the WW still doesn't appear (other WW I shop at do appear but I don't shop at them enough to be local champion, as I mainly shop at the closest one which was IGA). Anyone have any idea how to get my local WW to appear in the list?

I've had a similar problem with my local Coles. I was Local Champion there for a while but then lost it and my shops seemed to not be registering. After a couple of weeks I tried to kick start it again by unregistering from LC, waiting a couple of days, then registering again. Unfortunately it did not work and the Coles has never appeared again on my list of available shops. Other new places I've shopped at have been listed though. I haven't followed it up as I imagine trying to get it fixed would be fruitless exercise.
