I took the question as to whether everyone was buying (egift) cards, or actually buying wine from DM. I may be one of very few who are contemplating the latter

Agree, buying from Dans with a gift card and Cashrewards is a good way to buy wine cheap, but I'll be keeping my options open for now and buying gift cards!

First order at 9.30am. Received at 11.07am

Second ordered at 12.32 pm. Received at 2.25pm.

Third ordered at 2.50pm. Not yet received.

i tried to add my NAB issued Amex and it said "enter a valid American Express card number". I'm a shocker for typos but it wasn't that.

Enrolled 2 NAB issued AMEX cards yesterday without any problems. Are you sure you enter the name exactly as displayed on your card?

Yes, I registered my CBA-issued Amex yesterday. I didn't use the manual link though, I logged into my Amex Connect account and the Dan Murphy offer was showing there.

'Rewards are not payable when you purchase a gift card.'

They may not pay out.

Wait a few days and send email to Amex.

I am surprised at the $1.75 as Cashrewards stopped paying on DMs GCs purchases a while back. I also just checked my account from the last time I bought DM GCs and I got no cashrewards last time

You should get Cashrewards when you spend the GC at DM but dont expect it when you buy one
