New Amex statement credits

the terms of the Qantas offer are that it needs to be for flights. I've booked some flights and it triggered the cashback, but an accommodation booking on a different card did not, which is why I looked into it. It would be hit and miss with the gift vouchers.

If you haven't used it already the Flight Centre deal 500/100 might be more suitable

Can someone help me just clarifying with the spend $350, get $50. If I use a QF voucher to void the CC fees, would that still trigger the promo?
I tried calling today the Amex offer service and the lady was extremely rude and unhelpful.

A voucher contributed to the spend for me in the previous offer.

The terms say "Only valid for flights that are within or depart from Australia, which are paid for in Australian Dollars."

But the flight bookings on my card statement show up as "Qantas Airways" whereas the accommodation showed up as "Hooroo Pty Ltd" which is probably what stuffed it up. Handy to know that the vouchers might work.

I've received the cashback before with a QF voucher, although the voucher component was probably $50 (the cheapest value I always buy) and the residual airfare was >$350

What are the odds.
Went to a local butcher that i went last week and used small shop.
Forgot my piece of paper which had card numbers and which merchant i had claimed credit.

Took a wild guess.
Made purchase . No credit.

Get home.
The 1 in 11 i had chosen!

It's called a spreadsheet saved on OneDrive that is synced to my phone.

Or just take a photo of the computer screen with the spreadsheet on it, like a dude I know :D

haha. Reminds me many years doing a group assignment (where groups were allocated) at uni. I witnessed one of my team entering a bunch of numbers into Excel. She then got out her calculator, summed them up and entered the sum at the bottom of the column o_O
