New Amex statement credits

I also only look at Hotels. Think they are just as competitive, if not better, in most instances. Also seems to help me get upgrades if I book directly.

Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb - 300 / 50. Slightly cheaper than the Greenpeace method which can cost up to 22k and you have to bring your own equipment.
Red Balloon - 240 / 40.

Both these offers are advertised by Amex as part of Vivid Sydney.

I guess David Jones no longer participates now. Last year on this day [SYD] AmEx Statement Credits: David Jones Sydney, Taronga Zoo, Sydney Ferries and Light Rail, Mobile Wallets

2017 even had REBEL

I wonder if next year will have any offers at all...?

as per this American Express lights up Vivid Sydney with exclusive offers and perks sounds like more amex offers should be coming related to vivid shortly
Thanks for the link

Card Members can also shop up a storm at David Jones. Spend $75 or more and get $10 back at participating stores between 23 May and 16 June.

I guess david jones is still participating, though the discount has dropped from 20% off to 13% off.. better than nothing I guess, especially since I haven't been able to get 10% off giftcards for DJs anymore,.

i'm keen to checkout the vivid lounge. haven't been yet
Went a couple of years ago when it was at Museum Of Contemporary Art. Nice enough and good views across the Quay & the Opera House but certainly nothing special

30% off Sydney Trains, Light Rail and Ferries, up to $15

This is part of the Amex Vivid offers, such as they are.

Langtons - Spend $200 or more, get $50 back

Also worth noting that you should be able to use this towards events too (there is a Bordeaux tasting coming up). Has anybody been to a Langton's event before? Would be keen to hear what they are like.

Is there any predictability as to when those short term (couple of hours) Langtons sales occur?

Can get some good value on those, which could be further enhanced with the Amex credit.
Carpe diem sales? Usually towards the end of the month. But not necessarily every month nor necessarily as generous as previous sales.
