New Amex statement credits

Yes, received bonus points dated 19th for a 17th July transaction - shame about the ones for various transactions on the 3rd, 4th, 10th and 14th.
Another 100+ or so points have posted 'out of the blue'. I post that as none of the missing bonuses add up to the figure in question.

I gave up trying to track the (ad hoc) bonus points. They were first not accumulating, then they were, then they weren’t etc. If I get them, that’s a Covid win for the good guys.

Had what I assume is the correction to the missing points issue come through on Friday. I say “assume” because it’s only about 2/3 what I was owed however the full amount would have taken me about 1,000 points over the 20,000 bonus point limit.

I'm missing bonus points for 6 shops between 29/6 and 14/7. Yesterday 2 lots of bonus points were added which I can't reconcile with any of the missing shops. 🤷‍♀️
I still have nothing from the supermarkets. Telco points seem to be posting ok.

I went to a store today that was listed on small shop. They refused to take my Amex card. I have to pay with a Visa card instead. I contacted Amex via their online chat and explained the situation. $5 credit paid to me. From past experience this will not count as a 'used' small shop opportunity.

I realise that some may have experienced this before, but for others worth remembering this as an option.

Amex customer service as usual was very good. I (almost) feel guilty when I churn this card.

If only! Got an email offer today, spend $500 on Amex card before Oct, earn 10000 QF POINTS. Activated offer straight away, successfully. The Amex screen however says If I spend $500, I will receive a credit of 10000 DOLLARS! Cheering! Of course dreaming :(

my chat extract re: supermarket double points not coming through first week of this month

"Yes, there are a few card members who have reported not receiving their bonus points as expected over the last few weeks for the Supermarket Bonus Points Offer.. as we are aware of a credit fulfillment delay "
