Yes, it seems no supermarket bonus has posted for eligble transactions since the end of June.
The promotion is until the end of July.
No bonus points since 1 July for me. Also was not receiving any email notification. Notifications resumes yesterday for me.
I called them about the issue a few days ago. Was told they had not heard of the problem prior which is no doubt nonsense as I can’t imagine I would have been the first to enquire, after almost 2 weeks.
Currently missing:
- Approx 1,250 points from when bonus points were not being calculated correctly at the beginning of the promo.
- Approx 1,600 points missing since 1 July

Exact same experience here...Not that my Amex gets swiped at many supermarkets as I mainly prefer the %% off from using an eGift Card, but like others no recent bonus points posted after having had them posting originally.

Yes, received bonus points dated 19th for a 17th July transaction - shame about the ones for various transactions on the 3rd, 4th, 10th and 14th.Back receiving the bonus points but of course they haven’t added any for the 2 weeks where none were given.

I wonder how long they will take to adjust the points? I’ve been buying a heap of gift cards and after today’s purchase will have reached the 20,000 max bonus points limit if counting the 2,000-odd missing points. Looking to possibly cancel prior to the annual fee being charged next month so weighing up whether to wait or just buy another $1k in gift card now.
Out of curiosity, are you buying the $500+7.95 eftpos or Visa cards? Are you using to pay strata or ACT online shop?
