Note the VA offer is for only 7k cards so sign up quickly.

Still on my explorer...not buying though....so one more still out there for now.

Also see an Adina Apartment offer I think is new....still not buying.
 
Perhaps the offer has already reached its maximum. There are only 7k spots.
The virgin offer is still available. ...I just registered 4 of my cards. That's the maximum I'm planning to spend with VA. I got it on all my Explorer and Edge cards including supps.
 
Just as a datapoint, offer is still available on 2 separate cards. This would normally be maxed by mid morning!

Nor on my VA Plat and supp, but available on all my MR cards.
Perhaps VA thinks that people with the branded Velocity cards are already in the VA camp and don't need any more encouragement to book VA, so it was targeted to exclude these. Of course, Qantas would also likely ban AMEX Offers from key rivals from being offered on their own cobrand cards, which leaves the MR cards, it seems.
