- Today reached my $50 using BPME Spend 50 Get 10 Back - no email received - lets see if this one works!

Also used this earlier in the week. No email either.

You can get 5K MR points for a new additional Amex card even if you already have pre existing additional cards...as per AMEX service agent yesterday

In my case the card was not even approved . No bonus if you have more than 4 supplementary cards .

interesting, the points haven't landed on Mrs Excel's QFU, though we've even completed some transactions on the supplementary cards. Might need to follow up.

I got the points a day after applying. Before the card was delivered/activated. Never got an email or confirmation that it had been approved.

Does anyone know if the Qantas spend $350+, get $70 back offer is valid for purchases on the reward store? Reason for asking is because I managed to recently get 2.25 points (Qantas Ultimate) per $1 on a points + pay purchase, and thought the 2.25 points was only applicable for purchase of flights.

I was under the impression it came up as a different merchant to QANTAS AIR AUSTRALIA but YMMV.

Amex Travel one is turning up on supp cards too.

Interesting question though. One of the terms is

Not valid for bookings where payment is made directly to the hotel or car hire provider (including, but not limited to, Fine Hotels + Resorts or The Hotel Collection).

Given you can pre-pay now with FHR, I wonder if that would trigger it or not?
