New Amex statement credits

This offer finally popped up in my Plat account on the app today, which I saved in the usual manner. T&Cs said limited to the first 2,500.
Great stuff, saved the Amex Travel Offer which popped up for me.

Sushi Hub will be of use but $25 is steep for a lunch.... might need to buy in bulk.

Amex offers almost always work for coughulative spend
Not this time;

Save the offer to your eligible Card and spend $25 or more, in one transaction, in-person only at Sushi Hub by 06/07/2022 to receive $5 credit up to 4 times.

Of course what happens in practice may be different.

With prepaid Hotel collection or FHR bookings would the transaction be tagged as 'HOTEL COLLECTION' and 'FINE HOTELS AND RESORTS'? Or would it be defaulted to Amex Travel Online so it would still trigger the credit?

Good question. I was wondering the same thing.

Clearly wouldn't work for post-paid but pre-paid, maybe. Would be some fantastic FHR bookings that could be made if it did work.

Prepay works fine. Just select the prepay option at checkout (and not the pay hotel later option).
Last time this promo came around (spend 300, get 100), I booked Shangri-La Sydney 3 nights (3 for 2 promo) with the total coming to $720. Then part paid with $400 travel credit and the other 320 with prepay, which triggered the 100 amex cashback, so net cost $220.

Got an email sent just over an hour ago to save an offering to my Plat Charge card of $100 credit for $400 spend on Travel with Amex .
Clicked on it and was informed that the quota of applicants had already been met :-(
Total number available was only 3000!
Offering that sort of availability just annoys people who have missed out.

Same here.
Only just had a moment to check the email sent at 11:38 and it's gone! Ah well - would've been great for my upcoming trip!

Also a bit surprised that the Hilton, Marriott and IHG offers have reached the registration limit (I have enrolled in those as well). Hotel offers in high demand.

Travel offers fill up quick, while the shoe offers are always open ;)

I am reading that IHG offer is only good when staying IN hotel but the Hilton and Marriott at also restaurants. that's a bummer
Offer valid for payments made by 30/06/2022 in-person at the front desk of participating Marriott Bonvoy Portfolio of Hotels & Resorts in Australia or at participating bars, restaurants or spas within the property.
