New Amex statement credits

Just had a call back from Amex re the lack of supp card offers. It have reviewed everything and no issues there. The lady helping me could also observe the issue on her own cards too. She is now escalating this with the offers team to drill down into what the issue is. The next installment should be later this week. Tune in then for the next exciting episode of "where are my offers?"

Still waiting for delicious month out credits from the 4th, 5th, 12th and 18th across three different cards to be credited ...

Got the BPme deal on a couple of my cards but no sign on Mrs sudoer's card.

Also got a bunch of DMO credits overnight - relieved to see that restaurant transactions through Mr Yum on a recent Melbourne trip were eligible for credit.

Only two DMO came through overnight. Annoyingly, one was for a spend on the 27th, even though I made a qualifying spend on the 12th and the 19th that should have gotten credits (and therefore not get credit for the 27th as I maxed out my offer by spending $300+ at Monopole) ...

Compared to the first year DMO ran, this year's one has been a shambles in terms of getting credits.

BP Me App 60/10
Only got it on my main cards (Edge and Explorer)....if you put in exactly $60 of fuel, you will get a 16.67% discount...I guess it all helps with the current fuel prices :)

if you put in exactly $60 of fuel, you will get a 16.67% discount

Then after you have paid, go back to the bowser fill up with another $60 worth of fuel...

...and you might end up with 2/3 tank at the prices BP charge 🥲 (17% off does tend to put them inline with the cheaper no-name stations at least)

Squeezed in the delicious month out credit tonight before it finishes, along with 25% Vic dining program rebate

Meals became so cheap did takeaway to freeze at home for when I wasn't a quick meal

Anyone had luck with Get Wines Direct Spent 150 Get 50 Back? Has a spend a few days ago, offer already saved, not trigger email and no credit yet

A bunch of new things o/n. HP (1250/250), Apple (800/80), Microsoft, Nespresso, Laithwaites and probably something selling shoes?

I have good news for the supp card offers. Erin who I've been dealing with just called me with an update. This has been escalated up the tree and it turns out there is some issue with offers that's excluding them being offered on supp cards. They are gong to rectify this but no firm time frame. She said expect to start seeing new offers on supp cards soon.

So short version, some kind of glitch which will be resolved and not an enhancement.

is anyone having trouble with bpme at night I tried on 2 phones 2 times on Tuesday none would connect
yes I was on mobile data
