It should be stackable, but until someone tries it out, we won't know for sure. So in theory with the $600/$150 offer and the $450 charge credit you could book a $600 hotel and get $600 back if it stacks.

I booked a flight yesterday after activating the $600/$150 offer on my Platinum Charge and got the email saying I'd used my offer shortly after the order went through. I received my $450 travel credit this morning and will see if the $150 comes through or not.

Ooh, keen to know the outcome. If the rebate promo also includes flights that’s a huge bonus.

I needed to book the flight anyway, so if it comes through it comes through, if it doesn't it doesn't.

Not the first time reality doesn’t match the T&Cs though! I always regard T&Cs as indicative at best.

Activate it and leave it in your top drawer. If not activated you cannot use it to sign up for cashback offers.

I did this too, but not received the points yet. Looks like I'll need to wait the 8-10 weeks before raising it with Amex.

They are true to their word and will post the points. Be patient.
Don't make the mistake of signing more than one family member as the points remain the same. In 4-5 months time they will offer bonus points again.

Personally, I wouldn't risk it for the sake of a few points. I needed to provide a name, birthday, email and postal address. Also provided driver's license details.

I think you'd just be better off finding a friend who would be ok with you using their details.
