Web designers ensuring that they keep themselves in a job ???

New changes are a total waste of time. Just like the previous set of changes.

I am LTG, but there was a lifetime tally last week with the old design
Now no more...

Same here. Maybe they do not want us seeing how many SC's we are accruing that provide no additional benefit and reinforces we could be crediting them elsewhere by flying with another carrier !!

Even under QFF my activities, there is no longer a tally there, in my case, it just lists how many QF SC I have earnt for a particular flight.
Meaning, that I have to start a count on MS-Excel for my own benefit, to see it as I climb back from zero SC, anniversary was end of July, to get 250 for PS/600 for SG.

I was planning to look at my activity statement for previous years sometime. Can't do that anymore.

Good design demonstrates information intuitively. The wheel, as rudimentary as it was, very quickly gave you a visual representation of where you were status credits vs time. The little plane shows where you are against status earn (eg for me 800sc of 1200 to retain) but no understanding of how far along you are in your status year.

They've cleaned up the design, but as someone who works in the field its pretty clear the team working on it put little thought into how FF use and understand the information on this page.

my view...

for the general person it gives a fair amount of fairly clear information on benefits, how much you need etc

but you know still doesn't show an expiry date for points and the lack of a LT status tally is .. cough

I don't need to see 14,000+ thank you.. I know I'm over 24,000 but I'd like to see more detail

I hope they improve on these things.

I've never thought there was any point reinventing the wheel... until today!

In my case the info displayed about my account doesn't even make sense.

As you can see I'm on 640SC this year. 50 of those were earned as an SC bonus when I hit 500 SC.

But look further down the screenshot under Loyalty Bonus it reminds me my next bonus is at 500SC, which I've passed already, then it says I've earned 495SC.

I don't get it.

But if I only have to get 5 more SC to earn a 50SC bonus, maybe the new format is not so bad after all.

As someone who has been in the IT business for 30 years I conclude that QF's User Acceptance Testing and general QA is on a par with Apple's for iOS 11.

FWIW, if you arrange to get snail mail monthly statements the lifetime SC is detailed.

How do you do that? Is that free?

Yes, it's free. IIRC is was an option once you hit LTG .... been a few years, my memory of that could be wrong. I like getting the monthly statement....

I'm holding out on the paper statements until they offer me something not to get them!

My understanding was paper statements were only available for WP and above (to enrol at least).

I hope they bring back the lifetime SC count. Just got LTG recently and I liked that I could still see the lifetime tally.

The lifetime count is there - under status activity (unless it disappears when you hit LTG?). eg here's mine:Screen Shot 2017-10-07 at 1.28.51 pm.png

Disappears after you hit LTG

They disappeared for me a few years ago when they made some change.

Think someone on AFF knows a trick how to get old statements for free? I'd like to get them from May 2003 onward.
