New changes to QF FF account page

Randomly getting old style and new style on different computers at different times, even during the same browser session.

I have just logged on and I have the old QFF site format with the SC progress wheel and the actual life time status credit total (rather than 14,000+). Not sure whether it is an intentional return to being informative or just a glitch.

bloody annoyiung. why can't they just add a little "detailed SC information" link for those of us that want it? It's not hard.

yes, I understand WHY they are doing all this and why they wouldn't want to provide this info easily.. but it still irritates me

So I made a booking while logged on and at the and of the booking process it returned to the new (less informative) format ??

Definitely not a caching issue. Different computers still having random results for a number of weeks now, though the new format is gradually becoming more prevalent.

Still no 2FA yet. Has it become the norm for others?

I got automatically 2FA'ed a week ago, so I guess it's still percolating across the user base.

Didn't work presumably due to not having a mother's maiden name in there when I signed up (and confusion due to still having a box to type a maiden name into to set it, but it didn't do anything useful). Eventually I locked myself out entirely and had to ring QFF to unlock my account and set the maiden name — turns out ringing the UK number (as a PS) does not lead to the horrific wait times reported on AFF, or maybe I was just lucky with the time of day.

I've never seen the old web pages again since I got switched to the new format. I miss the progress wheel!

That is a true improvement to have the lifetime SC displayed (again) for people (like me and many others) that have achieved Lifetime Gold.

Mabye a caching issue.

Try refreshing the screen & cache (Ctrl+f5)
Refresh your cache - When hitting F5 just isn't enough!

Yes ditto. My total is back in the new QFF on-line format. No more 14,000+ which means Qantas must have listened and responded to its members concerns !! Is that an enhancement - or a return to the norm??

If they were listening to their users, they wouldn't be forcing out a 2FA system that doesn't work.

I think in this case there was likely some negativity from some HVC with large LTSC tally's.

So Serfty I am guessing a HVC must be a High Value Customer. As members of AFF I guess we are pretty much all trying to fly best available for the LPC (Lowest Possible Cost).

I am pleased the LT SC's tally has been fixed well done. When do you expect they will correct the "JQ flights with starter bundles not accruing towards loyalty bonus" issue? Circa 2023?
