clunky city droplist, at least you can change some entries (dates/cities) without it resetting everything, unlike QANTAS.
Did they copy CX's website?

To be honest, it surprises me a lot to say this, but of all the airline websites in the world, Qantas is one of the best. It has a lot of information there (and most of it is correct), its booking engine is fairly good and robust, it loads surprisingly quickly and yet still looks OK when rendered on most browsers. (I'm using the latest Firefox on Windows 7 with AdBlockPlus).

Haha did you also panic slightly when it said you had 0 points in your account? LOLIt broke my Consume App's ability to check my QFF account.

Looks ok, only suggestions are to tone down the red in the menus to a darker shade and reduce the amount of white a bit in general. There is too much red which makes it look like a vodafone website!
Agree... Red is very Red!
Use Etihad's website, then tell me QFs is anywhere near as bad...
I am the first one to admit that I'm majorly pissed each time the resetting of booking information happens to me and don't really understand why they can't fix that little issue... Besides that though, the QF website is one of the best ones around and I'm happy to see they haven't f&%#ed it up with their little cosmetic change just now... Most airlines are much much worse, SQ anyone?
As ever so often with all the rage against Qantas: There's surely lots to criticize QF for but their website is certainly not it.

Unless of course Microsoft paid for the app. No, that could never happen! /sarcasm/
Hmmm.... I tried to pick my seat on a travel agency booked ticket and was told that I would have to start calling in now to do this.
But, i havent had this problen on any of the 30+ previous flights.
Could it be the new site? Anyone else have this problem?
