love a lounge with a good view of the tarmac !!

The lounge is open. Though it has a slight unfinished look! First impression is okay. May sound minor but the toilets are dark and cramped. No hand dryer just a box of tissues. But the view is fantastic.Sorry but having issues uploading pic. Will work on it.

The large entry looks like a waste of space considering how tightly packed some sections inside are.

Also, The Club doesn't look that special, add to the fact you get pretty much the same view at OOL in the regular lounge, and there's curtains

Liam, I saw you were there for the opening helping out AusBT according to their Twitter (funny photo btw - https://twitter.com/AusBT/status/311645777921462272), was the opening a bit of a 'party' vibe? Did you manage to enjoy some champagne with the CBR cake and have a good time kicking back with Virgin execs? Got any good goss?

Oh so very much looking forward to seeing this in person on Sunday. Seen a heap of pics of the Lounge (as one would want and expect...) but am curious to see what the rest of the terminal post-security looks like? (gates etc. how many are being used? Which ones? Is everything connected up post-security?)

Lounge looks good and I much prefer the floor rather than than grubby white rubbish they tried in BNE.

pretty sure it has been that for months in MEL, convenient since you can autofill it.

I don't know that it is much of a problem, I don't recall getting a connection outside the lounge in MEL - will give CBR, MEL and BNE a test this weekend
