B, H and T is how they're denoted. There are 5 upstairs and 9 downstairs (including first but not including the flight deck loo).
T is for "Tech Crew" and not generally available for PAX in any class.

So maybe flat just means no middle bump but could also be vertical? :)

I was on OQD in J last night (QF128).
The upper deck toilets were being used flat out during the waking hours with queuing at peak times. It's been a while since I've been on the A380 so I'm not sure how that compares with normal, but certainly much busier than a 747.
I had a quick look down the back and the new PE cabin did feel less spacious than previously. The Y cabin wasn't too bad, not a huge amount of legroom in the bulkhead seats but I'd still take them over anything downstairs.
Upper deck Y pax were boarded through the same door as J and not via the rear stairs.
Sorry, didn't get any photos.

So was the 'enhanced ticket queuing" for the toileting system in operation yet?

On the A380 map, I can find 5 marked as 'T'. The wouldn't all be for Tech Crew.
Sorry, was only looking behind the coughpit. I was under a false assumption.

I can say for certain (having recently done QF93 in 1A) that the T facility on the port side immediately behind the coughpit is for Aircrew only.

You can't even get to it. It's on the far side of one of the security doors.

Looks like I'm on one of the newly reconfigured 380's in early August. I'll be boarding early for that one!

Yep. Platinum, Gold, Silver get first access to the toilets, then for those whom havent done it on their pants yet, Bronze members.

However if you purchase the new and exclusive to the remolded A380's Qantas $25 WC line pass, you get to the front of the queue, but only valid for 1 toilet visit. :)

And having a seat in the lounge area to welcome the lucky row 47 peeps with some champagne?

I don't think passengers will take it too well when someone ties up a toilet for 30 minutes to come out looking like a Vogue model.

Oh.. I've finally interpreted the 'enhancements" Now where do I buy those $25 priority WC passes from?? I've been searching online.. Is there a colour scheme for the toilet tokens?? & time limits? I like to read the broadsheet... Just to pass the time on the 'throne" at 10,000m...

Why wouldnt they just board the row 48 people last? Seems to make more sense than come here, now leave your bags, now through here, have a drink, now leave your drink, don't touch that, please this way etc...They have a dedicated locker so no need to get on first. Give them a free pass to the airport lounge so they won't mind the wait and call them when everyone else is on. It seems like such a mission.

Was on one today, didn't really notice the row 48 pax from my seat 11A.

Toiletts though is a problem as wait time is definitely longer than before

lol!! This happened to me on QF 8 last week. I managed to sleep from after dinner until descent into BNE. I made a quick dash to the facilities to change out of my prison scrubs, 15 minutes later still standing outside waiting when the door eventually opens and out walks a middle-aged male FA groomed to perfection and smelling like the DJ's perfume hall ;)

Wow.. Now that is gender reversal operatis.. Without being male chauvinistic.. I have spent many of times in all classes.. Reluctantly lurking around the convenience facilities waiting, waiting, waiting..still waiting.. till she finally emerges 'as prepared for the paparazzi greet" on arrival... I always choose the wrong queue..
