Dujac was actually my wotn, was also my first bottle so that helped - very pretty on the nose, sois bous, dark berries, good length and tannin. Probably opened way too early in terms of potential, but I loved drinking it.

Four of us and the wotn was pretty split, I think one was Pommery, another was the Jadot CC and another undecided.

Drinking very well now. I don't see that it's going to improve any further but certainly not about to fall over. If I had more bottles I'd aim to polish them off in the next couple of years.

Speaking of controversial wine... I have found a carton of Mitolo Cantiniere Shiraz 2013...

That great Vinomofo wine which members of this forum accused of being a "straight to Vinomofo" wine with an "inflated fake RRP"... I am not one to judge, but there is no reference to it anywhere on the Mitolo website.

Maybe I better bring that along to wash down some steak. I haven't actually drunk any yet, and it did say "drink by 2022"...

Coravined over 5 months. Not sure what I did wrong (maybe didn’t clean the needle properly) but the wine changed over time. The thing is it kept changing for the better so no complaints

I usually pull my weekly red out of the frig on thurs and puttit on a rack
God knows why , but this was beside it on the rack and I opened on friday nite by mistake.
I got the red ,put a stopper in the Sem & in the frig , deciding to have a sip during the week.
Nearest guess to what it tasted like gets a free Vim code for your personal wine bargain shopping…………..

Having tried wines from Mr. Morris, I'd say it tasted like ship. YMMV.
