Yes there was definitely sauce available, they were being brought around on a big tray.
Sadly I rate tomato sauce in the same taste category as cut mixed peel, tapioca and marzipan

I love eating cut mixed peel and marzipan. Not together I hasten to add but separately they're quite nice.

If you see me using tomato sauce on a pie (or anything else for that matter) you can be sure that the pie is tasting poorly.

To celebrate the opening of the new Business Lounge in LAX, all Australian Qantas Clubs were offering hot dogs between 3-5pm yesterday and today.

As the kids say these days, #nomnom

Had the wings in the MEL J lounge earlier this week.

Quite enjoyed the stew and polenta as well.

I've often found the QF Cairns lounge to have among the best food, even compared to some J lounges. Good hot food selection which looks fresh, and nice range of salads - plus the friendliest and helpful service.

Most disappointed in Canberra J lounge - 3 recent visits between 8am and 9am and no hot food. Not sure if policy or just bad luck, but unfortunate when on a short flight to Sydney and straight to business, so better food options in the lounge would be highly valued.

Have been lucky a couple of times in Mel J lounge with seafood salad or octopus salad specialties.

Last Tuesday in CBR at 1200 had a choice of toasted sambo or soup in the QP. Hoping to get into CNS lounge next Wed for brekky if anyone around to help me in.

It's actually not island dinning. They served those in the BNE J lounge to pax sitting all over the place.
