looking for a place to stay for next year. thinking of converting my citi points to either IHG or Hhonors although Carlson is another option.
Waldorf Astoria seems to be 'best' value @ 70k HH, but with the current citi promo it seems quite reasonable.
anyone stayed in the

any of the Hiltons around Times Square
