No, but you do need to have enough miles left in the itinerary for the imaginary flight back to the starting point.Right, but given it's not the same place as the start point, does it count as a transit?

Miles I'm more than fine on. So ending in SYD with CGK as starting spot basically doesn't count as either a stop nor a transit. No, but you do need to have enough miles left in the itinerary for the imaginary flight back to the starting point.
I wouldn’t have thought so. You aren’t transiting (or stopping) as your journey is now over.Right, but given it's not the same place as the start point, does it count as a transit?
The end point, even if it is different to the start point, is neither a transit nor a stop.Miles I'm more than fine on. So ending in SYD with CGK as starting spot basically doesn't count as either a stop nor a transit.
Thanks, i guess its time to add a couple more flights "for free" to the itinerary that i was going to buy separately then. The end point, even if it is different to the start point, is neither a transit nor a stop.
Use this form on their website. So, 12hrs before the last leg on my OWA, Qantas decided to cancel our flight.
After a call to Qantas, they've been able to put us on a new flight tomorrow instead of tonight, luckily in business as was our (cancelled) flight today.
Logged onto the RJ website and a new e-ticket number has been issued today.
We've been advised / given $200pp to cover accommodation - is there an email address in which we need to send receipts etc to, for this reimbursement, or would I need to call up again to obtain this information first?
I'd rather not call up again, and I thought I'd ask the wisdom of you guys instead first.
Thankyou in advance!
i was also disappointe.I was hopeful of a mass release of J rewards seats on the new CDG route QF 33/34 when they went on sale. I can't even see one seat in Y

It is based on scheduled flight times, not actual flight times.Hi everyone, lots of great information here and I have been reading up quite a bit while trying to build a OWA. I haven't really been able to find an answer - what happens if say, you've already had a stopover in London, then when you are transiting through London later a flight is delayed so much that it puts you over the <24 hour stopover? Thanks in advance
Just wanted to update you on my struggle over the weekend. An open-jaw is not 2 stopovers?!?!?
UpdateI just got knocked back from the QF Call centre trying to add flights because he said his system doesnt allow him to have more than 9 flights in business?!?
Now forwarded and bounced to AA OW helpdesk...more waiting
Edit: and desk is closed since it's Sunday Night US time. HUACA Qantas time again?
Update
HUACA - after explaining again the flights I wanted and why i couldn't book it initially. I was put on hold for a good 20mins while the staff tried to get it to work.
Says in the end they'll need to refer it to specialists and will give a call back. Haven't received a call back but now I see all the flights showing up on my itinerary.
No follow up email or anything. Everything marked as confirmed. Anything else i need to check if its properly ticketed?
You'll need to get it reticketed. Email rewards escalations, although they usually take a few days to respond, call and ask to be reticketed, although I made 15 calls a few weeks ago and still failed to get my booking reticketed - every time I called I got a different excuse. I did have success by messaging QF via FB & X - they took about 12 hours to respond but ticketing didn't take long after the 1st response.Update

Interesting, CX shows all the new additions as not ticketed. In fact it unticketed my ticketed SYD > DFW flight for some reason but has my MEL > SYD as issued which was a married segment with the Syd> DFW is ticketed. You need to go to RJ.com or another OW carrier and go into manage booking to check that there are ticket numbers. Without a ticket number you are at risk of the conformed flights auto-cancelling.

RJ shows everything as secured. Possibly because every not ticketed sector pairs with a ticketed sector?
