On 31 August, replaced 4 flights with 3 new flights with Fiji call centre. Finished call at 2:30pm. Waited nervously and monitoring flights every hour or so, in case flights disappear (which has happened back in November when I lost flights and had to find new flights. This was before Qantas made some improvements such as
rewardticketingescalations@qantas.com.au). Lo and behold, at 7:30pm on the same night, the new tickets arrived by email.
My flights (7 flights) are for this October and I kept monitoring this forum from January until there were almost no loss of flights reported by other members that I felt confident enough to make more changes.
On hindsight, I should have asked the same question that you are now asking but earlier and I would have made my changes earlier and caught more new flights that were released.
Well done Qantas. Better late than never.
