On the front of the Qantas site is a link to a 15% off LONE sale.

What is really unusual is that it shows the prices for the various RTW products.

It seems to have been a long time since these prices were freely available to the general public without calling QF or another airline.

They are available from Expert Flyer (paid), and presumably also KVS (also paid).

They have, however, also been available for a while from this excellent resource, courtesy FTer sbm12. I haven't specifically checked, but I presume the fares displayed are accurate.

Edit: I've checked several fares (too shagged to check more) and found some match up exactly between this tool and EF (and even reflect the 15% discount), and some don't. Not sure where the truth lies, but it is still a good guide.
