Ohhh, she is definitely not going to be a happy pax when you picked her up this morning at BNE :(. I think I won't ring her for a couple of days to talk business then :lol:

Looks like QF will get her business back...or UA internationally?

Does sound a little frustrating... that said, I've had much larger stuff-ups with Qantas of late, so it may be a case of the better of two evils.
