Optus to cease offering QFF points as of 30/06/15

@Red Roo, would you be able to look into mine?
It only 300pts but it seem the optus pay system thinks I paid on the 1st Aug, so I was not credited my account and no one seems to be able to assist me even though I have called multiple time (and even waited til the end of August as suggested.)

Sounds like QFF got given the same run around that Ken! and I got.

I have been credited with 300pts in good faith!

I would like to say that in no way do I blame QFF for this debacle - Optus clearly washed their hands of this on June 30!
