I rarely do air travel but no matter when and by what means I travel I always use the principle of "I'm a mirror to your attitude " I do make allowances for pepole to be human ( have a bad day) But I take no prisoners in discussing a problem with senior cabin staff and I expect it to be fixed ,no ranting or raising of voice just explain that this long haul adventure starts for me at the lounge and finishes at the lounge the other end ! I will treat cabin staff with respect at all times BUT I expect the same in return ! This didnt work on a long haul to LHR with Lufstanza ! I have only ever had that one trip with them .
