Just joined up as a gold and the lack of adverts is refreshing and so much quicker to read things. I'm looking forward to getting my AFF bag tags, do I need to order them, or is there a 'welcome email / pack'?

My $50 AFF membership hasn't saved me anything! In fact, it's cost me hundreds and hundreds.

Hundreds of hours of fun and enjoyment for myself and my kids flying premium (F & J), lounge access, executive hotel rooms, the list is endless.

I'm out of annual leave, having done 4 O/S trips this year (actually, I'm in the negative leave).

Seriously though, I've spent $$$$$ that I probably wouldn't have, had I not found AFF, but I've had an absolute hoot of a time. No regrets here.

All the valuable information is available to all without paying anything. My $50 is just a small token of thank you to all who participate and share.

Thank you AFF!

Yep , AFF has been a curse and a boon, a curse because I am no longer content to sit quietly in the back, a boon because I now enjoy regular pointy end flying, have gained status and learnt how to accumulate obscene amounts of points to fly.
I just wish I had discovered this a lot earlier in my flying life.

I pay for SG membership, because I can't bear the thought of being a PS member. I have been fully indoctrinated, as you can see. If anyone knows how to attain WP status on here, do tell :)

Cheers skip.
