Have received an email today offering me 10,000 Qantas FF points if I pay a tax bill >$500 on my Earth Amex.

Not a bad offer from Earth and the first I've had in a long time.

I'm not sure if it's targeted. Probably a good idea to call Altitude and enquire about this promo, nothing to loose.
