I hope you washed them down with something appropriate!

Being part of the non-drinker crowd, my poison of choice is a Lemon, Lime and Bitters.

Sadly the bar staff can never make these the right way (fail to roll the bitters around the glass to ensure even distribution through the drink once adding lemonade). Makes me wish I could go into a CL or jump over the bar and make it myself.

Now I'm really confused. I don't remember put lemonade in LL&B when I worked as a barman 16 years ago. But I also can't think what else it would be.

I thought it was Angoustura swished around with ice topped up with Lift/Solo and a dash of lime cordial?
Tastes much better with the addition of Vodka

Yep, that's close.

Take a good glass, 500ml highball, add 5-6 dashes of Angostura bitters in bottom of glass and tumble around to coat sides of glass. Add 3-5 ice cubes, and cover ice in lime juice. Fill remainder of glass with lemonade of choice, top with lemon slice and serve.

I was just about to comment on the suggestion to use solo. :shock: My opinion.
