PER drinks night Sat 4th May 2013

Bugger, I'm in HNL on a mileage run on the 4th...I've just gotten home to Perth today though and I'm here until the 19th of April if anyone else fancies a drink before then!

For people you haven't met before how do you go about knowing you joined the right crowd?

And Samas, it might be stretching it a bit to call us the 'right crowd', but just look for an earnest group of people talking in a whole different language to anyone else in the pub (I'm assuming you are up with all the lingo and abbreviations??)

Serfty that is a long way to go for a steak dinner to avoid us in Perth.
jdlover23 has figured the super duper way of dining at Flemings Los Angeles and you rotate between their Beverley Hills and El Segundo restaurants to pick up bonus gift vouchers on top of the Costco gift cards.

Jess I am still working out my May plan but at this stage I should make it unless something work wise crops up.

i could make dinner prior, but maybe dinner at 6 with drinks after makes more sense? Or does the royal do food?

actually- if bossreggie is at crown already, I could easily do dinner there. And the merrywell is decent for drinks.

As I know nothing of the local cuisine, I will defer to the locals. The Royal did seem to be popular in the early stages of this thread.

The Royal is good, decent food, not to expensive... So yeah could go there and get some drinks at 6 and then an hour or so later get some food or nibbles while we drink...
