Persons banned from entry to the UAE

Don't think so as I travelled to tel aviv on the one PNR flying QF to hong kong and LY to TLV and no code share was possible but they are partners...but strangely I flew J on the HKG-TLV return and received no status credits or miles as QFSaid not in the right bucket! But I paid probably more than twice the Y rate where miles could have been credited...oh well such is life
